1. Booking and Payment:

• The Christmas Package is available for booking through Jai Bhumia Travels’ official website or authorized agents.
• A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to the check-in date.
• Payments can be made through online transactions or authorized payment gateways.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows and early checkouts will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Rates and Validity:

• The rates mentioned are inclusive of all taxes.
• The discounted prices (10% off) are applicable until December 23, 2023.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is at the standard hotel check-in time on the scheduled date.
• Check-out time is at the standard hotel check-out time on the final day of the package.

5. Room Categories:

• Guests can choose between Deluxe Room and Super Deluxe Room based on availability.
• Room preferences are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Package Inclusions:

• Any additional services or activities not mentioned in the itinerary will be charged separately.

7. Guest Conduct:

• Guests are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel and follow a code of conduct.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

8. Force Majeure:

Jai Bhumia Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.
