Shortening Your Stay: Hotel Himalaya provides flexibility in shortening your stay. Notify the hotel via email or fax 15 days before arrival, clearly stating the shortened stay dates and the expected refund amount. Otherwise, charges will apply based on the initially booked nights.
No Show (Non-use of Reservation): If you fail to utilize your reservation without canceling within the specified timeframe, no amount will be refunded. The room is reserved in your name, and the hotel cannot allocate it to others. The room is held unoccupied for 48 hours. Even if you do not arrive, the hotel will charge room reservation fees.
